Weekly after-work tours from April to October<\/h5>\n

From April to October, the ADFC Wiesbaden organizes its after-work tour every Wednesday for all ADFC members who want to enjoy their deserved after-work together with others on the bike. These after-work tours of the \"Wednesday cyclists\" are guided tours and last about 3 hours (incl. stopover).<\/p>\n

Start: Wed, 5.30 pm (Oct. 16:30) at the Schillerdenkmal (Warmer Damm) behind the Staatstheater.<\/b><\/p>\n

Wednesday tours are exclusive to ADFC members. Anyone can get a taste of it \u2013 with regular participation, the ADFC membership is a prerequisite for joining the race.<\/b><\/p>\n

The after-work tours are usually led by a different ADFC member every Wednesday. The tour destination usually determines the tour guide.<\/p>\n

Usually, about 25 to 30 kilometers are driven on a Wednesday. It all depends on the route and the destination. This means that all participants should have a basic condition or a bicycle with at least 7 or 21 gears.<\/p>\n

It is driven at a normal and not too high speed. For larger climbs, the group waits together until all participants have moved up and rejoined. During the journey, sufficient drinking breaks are made.<\/p>\n

After the stop, the group also drives back together in the direction of Wiesbaden. However, not to the starting point \u00bbSchillerdenkmal\u00ab but everyone leaves where he lives or where the way home is the shortest for him.<\/p>\n

The conditions of participation in an ADFC festive evening tour<\/h2>\n

Only those who bring a road-safe bike to the tour can participate. Light, brakes and the bell should definitely work. It is advisable to always have a suitable spare hose, rainwear and a drinking bottle with you.<\/p>\n

Each participant must abide by the traffic rules and drive at their own risk.<\/p>\n

If you do not follow the traffic rules during the tour or otherwise become conspicuous and possibly endanger other passengers, you can be excluded from the tour by the tour management.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n <\/div>\n

Die ADFC-Mittwochsradler in Wiesbaden<\/h1>\n
W\u00f6chentliche Feierabendtouren von April bis Oktober<\/h5>

Von April bis Oktober veranstaltet der ADFC Wiesbaden jeden Mittwoch seine Feierabendtour f\u00fcr alle ADFC-Mitglieder, die gerne zusammen mit anderen auf dem Fahrrad ihren verdienten Feierabend genie\u00dfen wollen. Diese Feierabendtouren der \u00bbMittwochsradler\u00ab sind gef\u00fchrte Touren und dauern ca. 3 Stunden (inkl. Einkehr).<\/p>

Start: Mi, 17.30 Uhr (im Okt. 16.30 Uhr) am Schillerdenkmal (Warmer Damm) hinter dem Staatstheater.<\/b><\/p>

Die Mittwochstouren sind exklusiv f\u00fcr ADFC-Mitglieder. Schnuppern kann jede\/r mal - bei regelm\u00e4\u00dfiger Teilnahme ist die ADFC-Mitgliedschaft Voraussetzung f\u00fcrs Mitfahren.<\/b><\/p>

Die Feierabendtouren werden in der Regel jeden Mittwoch von einem anderen ADFC-Mitglied gef\u00fchrt. Das Touren-Ziel bestimmt in der Regel die Tourenleitung.<\/p>

In der Regel werden an einem Mittwoch etwa 25 bis 30 Kilometer gefahren. Das h\u00e4ngt ganz von der Strecke und dem Ziel ab. Das bedeutet, dass alle Teilnehmer eine Grundkondition haben sollten bzw. ein Fahrrad mit mindestens 7 oder 21 G\u00e4ngen.<\/p>

Es wird mit normalem und nicht zu hohem Tempo gefahren. Bei gr\u00f6\u00dferen Anstiegen wartet die Gruppe gemeinsam, bis alle Teilnehmer aufger\u00fcckt und wieder beisammen sind. W\u00e4hrend der Fahrt werden ausreichend Trinkpausen gemacht.<\/p>

Nach der Einkehr f\u00e4hrt die Gruppe auch gemeinsam wieder in Richtung Wiesbaden zur\u00fcck. Allerdings nicht zum Ausgangspunkt \u00bbSchillerdenkmal\u00ab sondern jeder f\u00e4hrt da ab, wo er wohnt bzw. wo der Heimweg f\u00fcr ihn am k\u00fcrzesten ist.<\/p>

Die Teilnahmebedingungen an einer ADFC-Feierabendtour<\/h2>

Teilnehmen kann nur, wer ein verkehrssicheres Fahrrad zur Tour mitbringt. Licht, Bremsen und die Klingel sollten unbedingt funktionieren. Es empfiehlt sich, immer einen passenden Ersatzschlauch, Regenkleidung und eine Trinkflasche dabei zu haben.<\/p>

Jeder Teilnehmer muss sich an die Verkehrsregeln halten und f\u00e4hrt auf eigene Gefahr.<\/p>

Wer sich w\u00e4hrend der Tour nicht an die Verkehrsregeln h\u00e4lt oder sonst auff\u00e4llig wird und vielleicht dadurch andere Mitfahrer gef\u00e4hrdet, kann von der Tour von der Tourenleitung ausgeschlossen werden.<\/p>\n
