After-Work-Tour on 14.05.2024<\/h1>\n

Cycling clears your head.<\/p>\n

Anyone who doubted it could test it on Tuesday, May 14 at one of the After Work bike tours of the ADFC in Wiesbaden. Once out of the inner city traffic, the car traffic quickly thinned and then disappeared completely, the legs became warm and the head \u2013 well, it became free. Hills and gradients are part of a bike tour in Wiesbaden, but no one is hunted during the ADFC tours. The slowest one sets the pace. And so G\u00fcnni, the ADFC tour guide, led us from the train station through the Nerotal, past the Leichtweissh\u00f6hle to the Rabengrund. Constantly uphill, at a pleasant 20 \u00b0C through the green. At the peak of the tour, the Rettertbrunnen at Kisselborn awaited us with its refreshing, clear water. From there, the topology was hold for us and we whizzed downhill to the sociable conclusion of the tour at Caf\u00e9 & Restaurant Leichtweiss.<\/p>\n

The route was at the end 14 kilometers long, overcame 220 meters of altitude on trails with rarely more than 3 % Ascent, and we cycled them with an average of 13 km\/h. The paths were good to ride with a normal trekking bike, one participant was on the road with a pedelec.<\/p>\n

Radfahren macht den Kopf frei.<\/p>

Wer es angezweifelt hat, konnte es am Dienstag, den 14. Mai bei einer der After Work Radtouren des ADFC in Wiesbaden testen. Einmal raus aus dem Innenstadtverkehr, wurde der Autoverkehr rasch d\u00fcnner und verschwand dann ganz, die Beine wurden warm und der Kopf \u2013 na, der wurde frei. H\u00fcgel und Steigungen geh\u00f6ren in Wiesbaden zu einer Radtour dazu, aber bei den ADFC Touren wird niemand gejagt. Der oder die langsamste gibt das Tempo vor. Und so f\u00fchrte uns G\u00fcnni, der ADFC Tourguide, vom Bahnhof durch das Nerotal, vorbei an der Leichtweissh\u00f6hle zum Rabengrund. Stetig bergauf, bei angenehmen 20 \u00b0C durch das Gr\u00fcn. Am H\u00f6hepunkt der Tour erwartete uns der Rettertbrunnen am Kisselborn mit seinem erfrischenden, klaren Wasser. Von dort an war uns die Topologie hold und wir sausten bergab zum geselligen Abschluss der Tour im Caf\u00e9 & Restaurant Leichtweiss.<\/p>

Die Strecke war am Ende 14 Kilometer lang, \u00fcberwand 220 H\u00f6henmeter auf Wegen mit selten mehr als 3 % Steigung, und wir sind sie mit im Schnitt 13 km\/h geradelt. Die Wege waren mit einem normalen Trekking-Rad gut zu fahren, ein Teilnehmer war mit einem Pedelec unterwegs.<\/p>
