ADFC Bike Exchange: May 3rd at the Slaughterhouse<\/h1>\n

Wide range of second-hand wheels for young and old<\/strong><\/h6>\n

WIESBADEN, 01.05.2025 | On Saturday, 3 May, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the large market for used wheels will take place for the second time in the Kulturpark \u2013 parallel to the legendary slaughterhouse flea market. The bicycle club ADFC is with an information stand on site and also offers bicycle coding for a fee of 15 euros to protect bicycles against theft.<\/strong><\/p>\n

On the bicycle exchange a diverse range of used bicycles and accessories around the bike meets interested buyers. \u201cThe choice is great, there are also many bicycles for children and young people. Of course, you can try out the bikes directly and some of them are also traded neatly and professionally,\" says Karoline Dei\u00dfner from the ADFC. \u2018We offer this service so that everyone can afford a suitable bike and be well on two wheels.\u2019 In order to make trading as easy as possible for all parties involved, there are no stand fees at the bicycle exchange. \u2018You can simply come by and offer bicycles or accessories \u2013 and, above all, of course, buy the right \u201cnew\u201d vehicle from the wide range.\u2019<\/p>\n

New place in the cultural park<\/strong><\/p>\n

The event is organized by the Wiesbaden Bicycle Club in cooperation with the ADFC Mainz-Bingen. The event moved in 2025: so far, the bicycle exchange had taken place three times a year on Wiesbaden's station forecourt. Through the cooperation with \u2018Kultur im Park\u2019 and the changed location at the slaughterhouse flea market, the organisers want to address new target groups.<\/p>\n

Shopping and exchange for cycling enthusiasts<\/strong><\/p>\n

\"The new location with its colourful flea market atmosphere and attractive supporting programme worked very well as early as 5 April\", says the ADFC. \u201cNow we would like to make the bicycle exchange more popular in order to make it easier for the people of Wiesbaden to find the right used bike. In addition, the cycling exchange is a great place for exchanges among cycling enthusiasts.\u201d<\/p>\n

ADFC Fahrradb\u00f6rse: 3. Mai am Schlachthof<\/h1>

WIESBADEN, 01.05.2025 | Am Samstag, 3. Mai, von 10 bis ca. 14 Uhr findet der gro\u00dfe Markt f\u00fcr Gebraucht-R\u00e4der zum zweiten Mal im Kulturpark statt \u2013 parallel zum legend\u00e4ren Schlachthof-Flohmarkt. Der Fahrrad-Club ADFC ist mit einem Infostand vor Ort und bietet gegen eine Geb\u00fchr von 15 Euro auch Fahrrad-Codierung an, um Fahrr\u00e4der gegen Diebstahl zu sch\u00fctzen.<\/strong><\/p>

Auf der Fahrradb\u00f6rse trifft ein vielf\u00e4ltiges Angebot gebrauchter Fahrr\u00e4der und Zubeh\u00f6r rund ums Rad auf interessierte K\u00e4uferinnen und K\u00e4ufer. \u201eDie Auswahl ist gro\u00df, es gibt auch viele Fahrr\u00e4der f\u00fcr Kinder und Jugendliche. Man kann die R\u00e4der nat\u00fcrlich direkt ausprobieren und es wird teilweise auch ordentlich gehandelt und gefachsimpelt\u201c, sagt Karoline Dei\u00dfner vom ADFC. \u201eWir bieten diesen Service, damit jeder und jede sich ein passendes Fahrrad leisten und auf zwei R\u00e4dern gut unterwegs sein kann.\u201c Um den Handel f\u00fcr alle Beteiligten m\u00f6glichst einfach zu machen, gibt es bei der Fahrradb\u00f6rse keine Standgeb\u00fchren. \u201eMan kann einfach vorbeikommen und Fahrr\u00e4der oder Zubeh\u00f6r anbieten \u2013 und vor allem nat\u00fcrlich aus dem breiten Angebot das passende \u201aneue\u2018 Gef\u00e4hrt kaufen.\u201c<\/p>

Neuer Ort im Kulturpark<\/strong><\/p>

Organisiert wird die Veranstaltung vom Wiesbadener Fahrrad-Club in Kooperation mit dem ADFC Mainz-Bingen. Der Event ist 2025 umgezogen: Bisher hatte die Fahrradb\u00f6rse drei Mal im Jahr auf dem Wiesbadener Bahnhofsvorplatz stattgefunden. \u00dcber die Kooperation mit \u201eKultur im Park\u201c und die ver\u00e4nderte Location beim Schlachthof-Flohmarkt wollen die Organisatoren neue Zielgruppen ansprechen.<\/p>

\u201eDer neue Ort mit bunter Flohmarkt-Atmosph\u00e4re und attraktivem Rahmenprogramm hat schon am 5. April sehr gut funktioniert\u201c, so der ADFC. \u201eNun m\u00f6chten wir die Fahrradb\u00f6rse bekannter machen, um f\u00fcr die Wiesbadener:innen die Suche nach dem passenden Gebrauchtrad zu erleichtern. Au\u00dferdem ist die Radb\u00f6rse ein toller Ort f\u00fcr den Austausch unter fahrradbegeisterten Menschen.\u201c<\/p>
