Safe with the pedelec - cycling training<\/strong><\/h1>\n

On October 17, ADFC Wiesbaden, in cooperation with the Volkshochschule AKK, will offer cycling training for e-bike riders.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The safety riding training is aimed at all those who want to be safer, more confident and more enjoyable on the road, whether they have just switched to the e-bike or have already gained their first experience. Controlled starting and braking, stopping safely in every situation, driving technique and cornering behavior as well as the reaction in surprising traffic situations are trained and rehearsed in realistic exercises. The training includes a theoretical and a practical part.<\/p>\n

The course is aimed at all pedelec users who want to gain more safety in everyday life \u2013 especially seniors, newcomers and re-enterers.
For the course, a roadworthy and traffic-safe pedelec must be brought along. Helmets are mandatory for the course.<\/p>\n

Date: Friday 17 October from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Location: Reduit in Mainz-Kastel <\/strong>(Interior courtyard and Messerschmidt grounds)<\/p>\n

Course fee: 11 euro<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sicher mit dem Pedelec - Radfahrtraining<\/strong><\/h1>

Am 17. Oktober bietet der ADFC Wiesbaden in Zusammenarbeit mit der Volkshochschule AKK ein Radfahrtraining f\u00fcr E-Bike-Fahrende an.<\/strong><\/p>

Das Sicherheitsfahrtraining richtet sich an alle, die sicherer, souver\u00e4ner und mit mehr Fahrfreude unterwegs sein m\u00f6chten - ganz gleich, ob gerade erst auf das E-Bike umgestiegen oder schon erste Erfahrungen gesammelt wurden. Kontrolliertes Anfahren und Bremsen, in jeder Situation sicher zum Stehen kommen, Fahrtechnik und Kurvenverhalten sowie die Reaktion in \u00fcberraschenden Verkehrssituationen werden in realit\u00e4tsnahen \u00dcbungen trainiert und geprobt. Das Training beinhaltet einen Theorie- und einen Praxisteil.<\/p>

Der Kurs richtet sich an alle Pedelec-Nutzende, die mehr Sicherheit im Alltag gewinnen m\u00f6chten - insbesondere an Seniorinnen und Senioren, Neulinge und Wiedereinsteigende.
F\u00fcr den Kurs muss ein fahrt\u00fcchtiges und verkehrssicheres Pedelec mitgebracht werden. Bei dem Kurs besteht Helmpflicht.<\/p>
