Fast and convenient bike ride to the city festival <\/strong><\/h3>\n

\"We'll take care of your bike!\" says the ADFC again at the Stadtfest on 27 and 28 September. Find out more about cycling and the cycling club.<\/strong><\/p>\n

If you want to come to the festival comfortably and easily by bike, you can leave your beloved vehicle unconcerned and free of charge in the ADFC\u2019s \u2018bike wardrobe\u2019. On both days, the cycling club offers information about the cycling climate test and its various offers and services relating to cycling.<\/p>\n

Short film cinema bike tour to<\/strong> Day of German Unity<\/strong><\/h3>\n

On 3 October, there will be two of the most beautiful things at once: cycling and cinema! A cooperation of the goEast> Filmfestival with the ADFC Bicycle Club.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The first cinematic bike tour through Wiesbaden gets people moving together. The event combines open-air short film cinema at various locations, which are connected by short bicycle stages led by an ADFC TourGuide. Shown are \u2013 typically goEast> Filmfestival \u2013 short films by East German and East European filmmakers. Thematically, the topics are \u2018mobility\u2019, \u2018living together\u2019 and \u2018living in the city\u2019.
The event starts at the Platz der Deutschen Einheit \/ Betramstra\u00dfe at 6:45 p.m. The tour then stops at the Rhein-Main University of Applied Sciences, the Mosbacher Berg Gymnasium and Lessingstra\u00dfe. The last films will be shown shortly after 9 p.m. at the Kulturpark am Schlachthof, where the tour ends.<\/p>\n

Open door at the ADFC with bike chat and bike check-up<\/strong><\/h3>\n

On 6 October, the ADFC Bike Club invites you to \u2018Open Door mit FahrradPlausch\u2019 in its office at Goebenstra\u00dfe 1.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Cycling enthusiasts and interested parties can discuss bicycle topics, ask questions and get to know the ADFC. If you have a need, you even get a free check-up for the bike. The \"Active Meeting\" of the Bike Club will then start at 7 p.m. Always on the 1. Monday of the month, upcoming actions are planned. Interested guests are also welcome here.

Driving safety training: \u2018Safe on the road with a pedelec\u2019<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The ADFC Wiesbaden in cooperation with the Volkshochschule Am\u00f6neburg-Kastel-Kostheim (VHS AKK) offers a riding safety training especially for pedelec and e-bike riders. The course is aimed primarily at older people who want to be safer and mobile with more cycling pleasure.<\/strong><\/p>\n

No matter whether you have just switched to the e-bike or have been on the road for a long time: riding a pedelec confidently requires practice. Controlled starting, braking and stopping, driving technique and cornering behavior as well as the reaction in surprising traffic situations. Mastering all this gives more safety on the road. In ADFC driving safety training, these techniques are trained and practiced in realistic exercises. The training with driving safety trainer Claus Opfermann from the ADFC includes a theoretical and a practical part.
The course is aimed in particular at senior citizens, newcomers and newcomers. A roadworthy and safe pedelec must be brought along for the course \u2013 and helmets are mandatory.<\/p>\n

Wer bequem und unkompliziert mit dem Rad zum Fest kommen m\u00f6chte, kann sein geliebtes Gef\u00e4hrt unbesorgt und kostenfrei in der \u201eFahrrad-Garderobe\u201c des ADFC abgeben. Kurzfilm-Kino-Radtour zum<\/strong> Tag der Deutschen Einheit<\/strong><\/h3>

Am 3. Oktober gibt\u2019s gleich zwei der der sch\u00f6nsten Dinge auf einmal: Radfahren und Kino! Eine Kooperation des goEast> Filmfestival mit dem ADFC Fahrrad-Club.<\/strong><\/p>

Die erste cineastische Fahrradtour durch Wiesbaden bringt Menschen zusammen in Bewegung. Der Event kombiniert Open-Air-Kurzfilm-Kino an verschiedenen Locations, die durch kurze, von einem ADFC TourGuide gef\u00fchrte Fahrrad-Etappen miteinander verbunden werden. Gezeigt werden \u2013 typisch goEast> Filmfestival \u2013 Kurzfilme ostdeutscher und osteurop\u00e4ischer Filmschaffender. Thematisch geht\u2019s um die Themen \u201eMobilit\u00e4t\u201c, \u201eZusammenleben\u201c und \u201eLeben in der Stadt\u201c.
Die Veranstaltung beginnt am Platz der Deutschen Einheit \/ Betramstra\u00dfe um 18:45 Uhr. Danach macht die Tour Station an der Hochschule Rhein-Main, am Gymnasium Mosbacher Berg und in der Lessingstra\u00dfe. Die letzten Filme werden um kurz nach 21 Uhr im Kulturpark am Schlachthof gezeigt, wo die Tour endet.<\/p>

Offene T\u00fcr beim ADFC mit RadPlausch und Fahrrad-Check-up<\/strong><\/h3>

Am 6. Oktober l\u00e4dt der ADFC Fahrrad-Club zu \u201eOpen Door mit FahrradPlausch\u201c in seine Gesch\u00e4ftsstelle in der Goebenstra\u00dfe 1 ein.<\/strong><\/p>

Radbegeisterte und Interessierte k\u00f6nnen sich \u00fcber Fahrrad-Themen austauschen, Fragen stellen und den ADFC kennenlernen. Wer Bedarf hat, bekommt sogar einen kostenfreien Check-up f\u00fcrs Rad. Im Anschluss beginnt um 19 Uhr das \u201eAktiven-Treffen\u201c des Fahrrad-Clubs. Immer am 1. Montag des Monats werden kommende Aktionen geplant. Interessierte G\u00e4ste sind auch hier herzlich willkommen.

Fahrsicherheitstraining: \u201eSicher unterwegs mit dem Pedelec\u201c<\/strong><\/h3>

Der ADFC Wiesbaden bietet in Kooperation mit der Volkshochschule Am\u00f6neburg-Kastel-Kostheim (VHS AKK) ein Fahrsicherheitstraining speziell f\u00fcr Pedelec- bzw. E-Bike-Fahrende an. Der Kurs richtet sich vor allem an \u00e4ltere Menschen, die sicherer und mit mehr Fahrfreude mit dem Rad mobil sein m\u00f6chten.<\/strong><\/p>

Ganz gleich, ob man gerade erst auf das E-Bike umgestiegen oder schon l\u00e4nger damit unterwegs ist: Ein Pedelec souver\u00e4n zu fahren, braucht \u00dcbung. Kontrolliertes Anfahren, Bremsen und Stoppen, Fahrtechnik und Kurvenverhalten sowie die Reaktion in \u00fcberraschenden Verkehrssituationen. All dies zu beherrschen, gibt mehr Sicherheit im Stra\u00dfenverkehr. Im Fahrsicherheitstraining des ADFC werden diese Techniken in realit\u00e4tsnahen \u00dcbungen trainiert und ge\u00fcbt. Das Training mit Fahrsicherheitstrainer Claus Opfermann vom ADFC beinhaltet einen Theorie- und einen Praxisteil.
Der Kurs richtet sich insbesondere an Seniorinnen und Senioren, Neulinge und Wiedereinsteigende. F\u00fcr den Kurs muss ein fahrt\u00fcchtiges und verkehrssicheres Pedelec mitgebracht werden \u2013 und es besteht Helmpflicht.<\/p>
