Invitation to the General Assembly<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The ADFC Wiesbaden \/ Rheingau-Taunus e.V. invites its members:<\/p>\n

Extraordinary General Assembly<\/h2>\n

on Monday, 20 October 2025, 7:00 p.m.<\/strong><\/p>\n

the Martin-H\u00f6rner-Zentrum in the Galatea-Anlage<\/strong>
Street of the Republic 17, 65203 Wiesbaden\/Biebrich<\/strong>
(next bus stop: Robert-Krekel-Anlage)<\/p>\n

We are planning to change the statutes and elect a new board of directors. Above all, the statutes are intended to make possible a more \"modern\" structure of the Board of Directors \u2013 towards a collegial management team without an internal hierarchy. The application for the amendment of the statutes, including the statutes with the planned amendments and justification, can be downloaded below.<\/p>\n

    Der ADFC Wiesbaden \/ Rheingau-Taunus e.V. l\u00e4dt seine Mitglieder ein:<\/p>

    Au\u00dferordentliche Mitgliederversammlung<\/h2>

    Wir planen eine Satzungs\u00e4nderung und w\u00e4hlen einen neuen Vorstand. Die Satzung soll vor allem eine \u201emodernere\u201c Struktur des Vorstands m\u00f6glich machen - hin zu einem kollegialen F\u00fchrungs\u00adteam ohne interne Hierarchie. Den Antrag zur Satzungs\u00e4nderung inklusive der Satzung mit den geplanten \u00c4nde\u00adrungen samt Begr\u00fcndung findet ihr unten zum Download.<\/p>
