New Articles of Association for Modern Management Board Structure<\/strong><\/h3>\nIn order to strengthen the working capacity of the ADFC Wiesbaden\/Rheingau-Taunus, amendments to the statutes were necessary. For example, the statutes did not correspond to the new \u2018flat\u2019 hierarchy sought by the Management Board. Even in the event of an emergency, a low-expense possibility of replacements on the Board of Management had not been provided for so far.
