ADFC feeder for EUROBIKE CITY PARADE 2024

ADFC Wiesbaden organizes guided bike tour to the common approach

After the rousing premiere in 2023, the EUROBIKE CITY PARADE will be rolling around 15 kilometres through the streets of Frankfurt for the second time on Sunday, 30 June 2024. The motto of the big bicycle demonstration, to which the bicycle fair EUROBIKE, ADFC Hessen and ADFC Frankfurt are calling, is once again ‘Everyone rides a bike’. In addition, the wide roads offer enough space for everything that has spokes: multi-lane special bikes, cargo bikes, trailers, tandems. It is driven so slowly that even the elderly and children can keep up well. In order to turn the parade into a party, DJ-on-Bike Dom Whiting from Great Britain puts on gripping beats to co-groove.

For cyclists from Wiesbaden and the surrounding area, the ADFC Wiesbaden offers a guided bike tour to the common approach to Frankfurt via Hofheim. Start of the so-called warm-up tour is at 10:00 am at the big tree in front of Wiesbaden's main train station. The ADFC Hessen has also organized warm-up tours from many other places in the Rhine-Main region, all of which will arrive at the Frankfurt Trade Fair at the beginning of the information market and the rally. For the participants of the EUROBIKE CITY PARADE, there is the possibility to feed themselves at food stands from 12 o'clock on the forecourt of the Festhalle. Drinking bottles brought along can be refilled free of charge at installed water dispensers. A pump track enables children and adolescents to put their driving technique to the test. Participants are asked to provide sufficient sun protection, especially for children travelling with them.

With the implementation of the ECP 2024, EUROBIKE once again underlines its commitment to Frankfurt's urban society and thus promotes future-proof transport infrastructure and human-friendly urban development.
