We, the ADFC Wiesbaden/Rheingau-Taunus e.V., respect your private and personal sphere.
The ADFC Wiesbaden/Rheingau-Taunus e.V. undertakes to comply with the legal provisions on data protection, which are regulated in particular in the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Telemedia Act (TMG). We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this data protection declaration. The protection of privacy in the processing of personal data as well as the security of all business data is an important concern for us, which we take into account in our business processes and take very seriously. Confidentially and in accordance with legal regulations, we process personal data collected when you visit our websites. Therefore, we want you to know when we collect which data and how we use it. The website may contain cross-references (links) to other providers to which this data protection declaration does not extend. You should therefore always check the data protection declarations offered. In the course of the further development of our website and the implementation of new technologies, changes to these data protection declarations may also be necessary. Therefore, we recommend that you read these data protection declarations again from time to time.
Collection and processing of personal data
The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data. Insofar as personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) are collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible. If you send us enquiries via e-mail contact, your details, including the contact details you provide there or the details of the e-mail user, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent. Our employees and suppliers/partners are obliged by us to maintain confidentiality and to observe data secrecy.
Log files are recorded on the servers about the access of the user of the pages. In the so-called server log files, the provider of the pages automatically collects and stores information that your browser automatically transmits to us. These are: in particular fixed or dynamic IP address of the calling user, accessed pages, browser type / browser version, referrer addresses (URL), operating system used, host name of the accessing computer, access date and access time. We can retrieve this data. The data contained in the log files are used exclusively for statistical purposes. An identification of the user does not take place, unless required by law. The data cannot be assigned to specific persons. This data is not merged with other data sources. We reserve the right to check this data retrospectively if we become aware of concrete indications of illegal use. For this purpose, we temporarily store the IP addresses for a maximum of 14 days. The legal basis is a legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6 GDPR in being able to detect and defend against unlawful use or attacks.
minors
Children and adolescents under the age of 16 should not transmit personal data without the consent of their parents.

Our website uses exclusively Technically Necessary Cookies.

2. legal The data processing is carried out on the basis of Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free provision and optimised design of our website. According to the current case law and the ePrivacy Directive, no explicit consent of the user is required for technically mandatory cookies.

Use of the Website Translation Tool (WEB-T)
To make our content accessible in different languages, we use the European Commission's website Translation Tool (WEB-T). The use is based on our legitimate interest in providing multilingual information in accordance with Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.
Access data / server log files
Our web space provider collects data about each access to the offer (so-called server log files). The access data includes: name of the retrieved website, file, date and time of the retrieval, amount of data transferred, message about successful retrieval, browser type and version, the user's operating system, referrer URL (the previously visited page), IP address and the requesting provider. We use the log data only for statistical evaluations for the purpose of operation, security and optimisation of the offer. However, we reserve the right to subsequently check the log data if there is a justified suspicion of unlawful use on the basis of concrete indications.
Use and disclosure of personal data
If you have provided us with personal data, we will only use it to answer your enquiries, to process contracts concluded with you, for technical administration, and to inform you with additional information about our offers. Your personal data will only be passed on or otherwise transmitted to third parties if this is necessary for the purpose of contract processing - in particular the transfer of order data to suppliers - or for billing purposes, or if you have given your prior consent. You have the right to revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. However, this does not exclude disclosure to government agencies (e.g. law enforcement authorities) insofar as German or European law requires such disclosure. The deletion of the stored personal data takes place if you revoke your consent to the storage, if their knowledge is no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose pursued by the storage or if their storage is inadmissible for other legal reasons.
Newsletter data
If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we need an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. No further data will be collected. We use this data exclusively for sending the requested information and do not pass it on to third parties. You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and their use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter.
Contact form
You can send us a message via contact form. If personal data (e.g. name, address or e-mail addresses) are collected, this is always done on a voluntary basis as far as possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your express consent. While the entered data of the contact forms themselves are transmitted to the web server in encrypted form, the web server forwards the information by e-mail. We would like to point out that data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) may have security gaps. A complete protection of the data against access by third parties is not possible.
If you send us enquiries via contact forms, your details including the contact details you provide there or the details of the e-mail user will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry or the associated process as well as in the event of follow-up questions. We will not pass on this data without your consent.
Integration of third-party services and content
It may happen that third-party content, such as videos from YouTube, map material from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites are integrated within this online offer. This always presupposes that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as ‘third-party providers’) perceive the IP address of the users. Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the browser of the respective user. The IP address is therefore required for the presentation of this content. We only try to use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence on this if the third-party providers store the IP address, e.g. for statistical purposes. As far as we are aware of this, we will inform the users about it.
OpenStreetMap
This website uses the OpenStreetMap (OSM) open source mapping tool to display geodata. OSM does not store any user data. For more details, see https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Legal _FAQ.
Enforcement and compliance with these data protection declarations and right of access
We undertake to comply with the above points in terms of data protection as described. Upon request, we will inform you whether and which personal data about you are stored by us. If, despite our efforts to ensure data accuracy and up-to-dateness, incorrect information is stored, we will correct it at your request. Irrespective of this, you can request the deletion of the data stored by us about you under the conditions of Art. 17 GDPR. You have the right to request the restriction of data processing if one of the following conditions is met:
- if the accuracy of the personal data is disputed by you, for a period that allows us to verify the accuracy of the personal data,
- if the processing is unlawful and you refuse to delete the personal data and instead request the restriction of the use of the personal data;
- if we no longer need the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or
- if you have objected to the processing pursuant to Article 21(1), as long as it is not yet clear whether the legitimate reasons on our part outweigh yours.
You have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for reasons arising from your particular situation.
You have the right to receive the personal data concerning you that you have provided to us in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; and
You have the right to transmit this data to another controller without hindrance.
You have the right to complain to the competent supervisory authority for data protection.
If you have any other questions regarding the processing of your personal data, you can contact us. Without your consent or legal permission, we will not pass on your data to third parties. You can revoke your consent at any time.
