ADFC cycling courses
It's never too late to learn – learn cycling with the ADFC!
However, many adults can't do it or not do it well enough. Be it that as a child they did not have a bicycle available or come from cultures where cycling is not common. But even many who have learned it earlier are often unsure because they have had very little driving experience or feel overwhelmed in situations with many other road users.
We offer cycling courses on site on various occasions, which can be found in our Schedule overview.
In addition, the ADFC-Hessen offers cycling courses for adults. Further information about the concept of the courses, other offers (such as pedelec or traffic courses) and the corresponding contact information can be found on the Internet pages of the cycling instructors. There you will also find the course dates and the registration options.
