From 12.05.-16.05. In 2025, a theme week will take place for the first time around the bicycle. Exciting lectures, creative workshops and inspiring actions: You can expect a diverse program around the bike. Just take a look!

Smart City theme week ‘fahrRAD’

The bicycle is more than just a means of transport. By integrating the bicycle into IoT technologies and data-driven urban development, the bicycle can become a key element for sustainable mobility and urban development. In a joint action (12 to 16 May 2025), the state capital Wiesbaden wants to draw attention to cycling in Wiesbaden together with driving forces of the city society. The theme week takes place in the Zukunftswerk, LuisenForum Wiesbaden, and is free of charge for all interested parties. Registration is required for selected program items.
