Course on 7.2.: First aid for cycling
Most people only know first aid from the driving licence test – a long time ago? The ADFC Wiesbaden/ Rheingau-Taunus offers its members a first aid training with a focus on cyclists. The cooperation partner is the German Red Cross.
The program includes, for example, securing, self-protection, dressing options for cyclists, helmet removal, heart attack, stroke or the contents of a dressing bag for cycling. The event is recognized as a building block of the ADFC TourGuide qualification. A great way to stay in touch with other members or get in touch during the winter.
