The ADFC Wiesbaden / Rheingau-Taunus e.V. invites its members:

Extraordinary General Assembly

on Monday, 20 October 2025, 7:00 p.m.

We are planning to change the statutes and elect a new board of directors. Above all, the statutes are intended to make possible a more "modern" structure of the Board of Directors – towards a collegial management team without an internal hierarchy. The application for the amendment of the statutes, including the statutes with the planned amendments and justification, can be downloaded below.

Applications for the General Assembly must be received by the Board of Directors by 12 October 2025 (by e-mail to: info(at)adfc-wiesbaden.de or by post to: ADFC Wiesbaden / Rheingau-Taunus, Executive Board, Goebenstraße 1, 65195 Wiesbaden). Applications will be published on the website before the meeting.
