The General Assembly (MV) will be held for the first time two parts exist. In the first, formal part, we want to deal with and decide on all the elements prescribed in the statutes. This includes all items on the following agenda.

Agenda for the formal part of the General Assembly

1. 1. 1. Welcome and determination of quorum and agenda
      2. Election of the assembly management, election management and minutes
      3. Receipt of the activity and cash report of the Executive Board
         and the report of the auditors
      4. Resolution on the discharge of the Executive Board
      5. Amendments 1-3 to the Statutes of the Association (Amendments in §§ 9+10, see download)
      6. Election of delegates to the National Assembly 2027 of the ADFC Landesverband Hessen e.V.
      7. Other applications, if any
      8. Miscellaneous

At the end of the first part, the general assembly formally ends. In the second, informal part
In the evening we would like to present our ideas and ideas for 2026 and discuss them with you in a relaxed atmosphere. The main focus here is on information and exchange of ideas.

65195 Wiesbaden). They will be published on the website under "News" before the meeting.
