Short film bike tour through Wiesbaden on 29.08.
On August 29th, we will bring together two of the most beautiful things: Cycling and cinema! Together with the goEast> Filmfestival, we are organising a cinematic bike tour through Wiesbaden – with an exciting short film programme from this year’s film festival.
The event combines open-air short film cinema at various locations, which are connected by small bicycle stages to be ridden together to form a cinematic bike tour.
Shown are – typically goEast> Filmfestival – short films by East German and East European filmmakers.

More than 1,000 political prisoners are currently imprisoned in Belarusian prisons. Visits and calls are usually denied. Fairytale staged, a care package comes to life in the film, which often offers the prisoners the only contact with the outside world.

After 25 years, the queer Romani photographer Béla Váradi returns to his rural, Hungarian homeland. Against all self-doubt and resistance, he organizes an exhibition of his work and thus a courageous intervention in a country where Béla's identity is subjected to state repression.
